Look Around... You Created This!
You are a Natural-Born Creator
Most of us are unaware that our life reflects our insatiable impulse to create. You are a firehose of Creative-Energy—spewing reality into existence. However, the grind and struggle of daily life filters through our minds and creates the illusion that our reality is governed by external forces beyond our control. It is easy to feel like a rudderless ship whose direction is dictated by winds and waves. But this nihilistic viewpoint is camouflage for the uncompromising agency that each of us has over reality. Our personal creative power is always in control.
It is the quality of your connection to your energetic Core-Self that dictates the nature of your reality. If your mind and body are tuned into your Spiritual-Self, your reality will reflect the positive aspects of a developing, sentient being. If you have neglected your mind/body connection to Spirit, however, your world will be chaotic. Creative-Energy wants to create, so it is up to us to connect with the desires and aims of our Core-Self. In this way, we learn to harness our creative power for the greater good of ourselves and the world.
Take a minute to ponder the concept of possessing infinite creative power. In a genuine sense, you are God, and in every moment, you create material reality from pure energy. What is your initial reaction to this notion? For most people, this thought is at once exhilarating and daunting.
As you explore the landscape of your reality, ask yourself, “Am I happy with what I see? Does life reflect my highest ideals, dreams, and ambitions?” and “Have I fallen short of achieving the desires of my heart?” Do not worry if your life does not match up with how you want it to be. You can use your created reality, for good or bad, as a guide to direct you back to your connection with Spirit.
You are a natural-born creator, sculpting life with every passing moment. If you want a positive, fulfilling life, you must align your creative impulses with the agenda of your Core-Self. For many people, this involves a long process of discovery and refinement—which is OK. After all, this is the reason you are here—to learn and grow.
